Just a hi all...since I'm new here and everything

I have a little coffee cabana thing here in Portland. I love making coffee, seeing my regular customers and making new ones. Even the crabby ones...they can be SOOOO funny in their crabbyness. One of the best things about coffee is that everyday is a challenge to make the best cup and play with the art. We get a lot of tourists on NW 23rd and I love it when even the most funky looking latte art is admired with oohs and aaahs. I guess they don't get latte art back in Smalltown USA.

And, since I'm here...

I've been trying to make a great chocolate sauce for my mochas but all that I've tried leaves me a little flat. Anyone have some ideas? I'm not big on the sqeeze-it-out pre done stuff. I've also started making my own vanilla syrup and chai. I just got tired listening to the question of who's chai do I use and of all things if it was powered, as if they actually prefered that!
