I was looking for some more ideas for good tip jar quotes, we need to get some better tips in our shop, some shifts at least, and I am thinking a few rotating good sayings to put on our jar might be just something to make someone smile and help support these working college students. If you have any good quotes, sayings, or something that you saw, please keep me updated all ideas are welcome.

Thu, March 31, 2005 - 5:55 PMOne local shop has a funnel behind them that they throw tips into. Makes a nice sound and is different than having a Bell jar with a taped on message.

*"Karma"
*"Put a Barista through College Fund"
*"Change is good"
* lots of crazy pictures (think 80's pop icons....)
I also noticed that having the tip of a dollar bill sticking out of the jar tends to remind people to put some dough in there... may be superstition, but most people in our cafe believe it!

with Bowser saying in a word bubble, "Show Me Your Tips"
